The expenditure cycle as one of the components in the accounting information system is an important part of financial process. The expenditure cycle is a recurring set of business activities and information processing related to the purchase and payment. The expenditure cycle that is carried out ineffectively causes problems within the company that have an impact on losses, such as inaccurate information on reports related to purchasing activities, and inventory records.
