Evaluasi Penerapan Good Public Governance Pada Gereja Lokal (Studi Kasus pada Gereja X)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of good governance in church organizations. The research was conducted on a church organization at the local level, namely Church X. The research on the implementation of good governance uses the principles of good public governance as indicators. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to increase the implementation of good governance so that its implementation is in accordance with the principles of good public governance. Increasing the implementation of governance is an effort to get continuing support from the congregation. Church leader needs to increase congregational participation as an act of fulfilling the rights and responsibility of the congregation in church life and in supporting church services.
