Analisis dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Siklus Penggajian: Studi Kasus pada PT ABC
Human resource department is one of important part at company. Activities that are maintained in human resource department are recruiting process and hiring employee; training; payroll process; employee performance evaluation and discharge of employee due to involuntary or voluntary termination. The development of information system is growing nowadays and along with this situation, the use of tools or application such as human resource information system is very assisting and helpful in human resource management to become more effective and efficient. PT ABC is one of chemical manufacture company located in East Java. Currently, PT ABC is developing the human resource manually and there were several problems faced by the human resource department in managing the employee data and therefore, a suitable information system is needed to be implemented by the human resource department at PT ABC. This study is a qualitative research that conducting analysis based on interviews with key informant and using literatures, other electronic and printed media. The analysis approach used in this research is FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method altogether with the steps covered in it. The result from this research is expected to give a good analysis and a suitable information system design to be implemented by human resource department at PT ABC, in order to be more effective and efficient in managing the human resource at PT ABC.
