Analisis Pemanfaatan Kapasitas Sumber Daya Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit ABC Berdasarkan Pendekatan CAM-I Capacity Model
This study aims to analyse the capacity and cost of resources that have been sacrificed by company to produce services. Case study and qualitative approaches are used in research with primary data collected directly from RS ABC and analysed with content analysis. The results of study indicate that productivity of radiology unit resources is very low, indicated by high amount of idle capacity. This causes the profitability obtained to be suboptimal due to high costs. RS ABC must increase the number of patients so that its productivity increases. In addition, ABC Hospital must also minimize non-productive activities.
