Economic adjustment in oil-based economics

This book is an examination of the domestic economic response to two middle-income, oil-exporting countries, Iran and Nigeria, to increases in their foreign exchange earnings during the 1970sn and early 1980s. It also evaluates the consequences of the type of adjustment path followed in these two countries. In this sense this is both a positive as well as a normative study.
