Leadership GAP syndrome in the millennial era : current leadership challenge among generation in the organization
Effective leadership and relevant to the times are needed to ensure organizations are able to achive their objectives and continue to grow in conditions full of disruption. In fact, many leaders who are in senior positions consisting of the Colonial Generation are not yet aware that the essence of leading has not changed, what has changes is the way that must be adapted to the times, of the which must be adapted to changes im employee demographics which are currently dominated by millenials.
