The path analysis method was used in this research determine the direct and indirect impacts of education, years of operation, PSBB, e-commerce adoption and income. Path analysis was chosen because the equations in this study have complex cause-and-effect relationships. Some variables have a dual role, namely being the independent variable in one equation and being the dependent variable in another equation. The data used is cross-section data covering 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2019 to 2021 from BPS publications. Data processing using Stata 17. The results show that years of operation and social resistance positively impact e-commerce adoption but not education. Furthermore, e-commerce adoption shows that it does not influence SMEs sales.
