Pengaruh Growth Mindset, Resilience, Empowerment, Promotion, Life Satisfaction Terhadap Turnover Intention: Studi Empiris Pekerja Pabrik Garmen Indonesia dan Vietnam
The high rate of employee turnover is one of challenges that can affect the productivity of garment industry. The purpose of this study is to see what are the important variables that can reduce the turnover intention level of garment workers in Indonesia and Vietnam. This study based on quantitative methods using secondary data taken by University of Indonesia, Tufts University and Realtime Analytics Vietnam and supported by IDRC Canada. The sample of this study involved 3632 valid respondents from Indonesia and Vietnam. The data were analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8. The results showed that resilience, empowerment, and life satisfaction can reduce the turnover intention of garment workers in Indonesia and Vietnam. While promotion can only reduce the turnover intention of garment workers in Vietnam, but not for workers in Indonesia. Resilience was found to partially mediate the relationship between the growth mindset and empowerment. This research also proves the importance of the employees? growth mindset and resilience in maximizing the effectiveness of the employee empowerment implemented by the company.Ada Tabel
