Pengaruh Atribut Ramah Halal Terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan Muslim: Studi pada 3 Destinasi Non-Muslim di Asia
Halal-friendly attributes are an important indicator to meet the needs of Muslim tourists. This is necessary in developing halal-friendly tourism, especially for non-Muslim destinations. Non-Muslim destinations may find it difficult to provide halal-friendly attributes since they do not implement Islamic values in their daily lives. However, the development of Muslim tourists encourages non-Muslim destinations to develop halal-friendly attributes. This study aims to see the effect of friendly attributes on destination image, customer engagement, and loyalty of Indonesian Muslim tourists. The survey was conducted on Indonesian Muslim tourists who have visited Singapore, Bangkok, or Tokyo in the last two years. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS with the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method to test the relationship among the research variables using 408 respondents. The results showed that halal-friendly attributes positively influence destination image, customer engagement, and loyalty of Indonesian Muslim tourists. The results also showed that customer engagement mediates the relationship between destination image and loyalty, and there is a moderating role of destination groups (Singapore, Bangkok, and Tokyo) in the relationship between variables.Ada Tabel
