Evaluasi Manajemen Strategik dalam Rangka Menyusun Strategy Map dan Balanced Scorecard Perusahaan (Studi Kasus pada PT Santosa Utama Lestari)
This thesis discusses the evaluation of strategic management implementation in the animal feed business, particularly corn drying. Animal feed itself has a high dependence on the supply of corn as raw material. The availability of maize greatly determines the direction of business in the poultry industry from upstream to downstream. As one of the long-lived industries in Indonesia, the animal feed industry is a promising industry but has a high degree of dependence on the production of corn raw materials. Availability of raw materials, fluctuating maize prices, as well as the risk of corn farming are the main problems that must be faced, requiring more strategic corporate management steps. In achieving company goals, there are many external and internal factors that need to be considered. In addition, vision, mission, strategic objectives and management control are important factors in increasing the company's excellence in competition in the industry. In strategic management control, the balanced scorecard is an instrument that can measure the accuracy of company performance measurement. This thesis will discuss the evaluation of the company's strategy implementation in order to provide improvement on the strategy map and balanced scorecard implemented by PT Santosa Utama Lestari. The results of this thesis are expected to provide appropriate considerations for companies in managing corporate strategy.Ada Tabel
