Peran Partisipasi Ibu Bekerja dan Posyandu terhadap Kejadian Stunting pada Anak : Studi Kasus Indonesia

This study aims to examine the association between the role of maternal employment & posyandu on child nutrition status in Indonesia. Using IFLS 4 and 5, this study attempts to make a longitudinal analysis of the effects of maternal employment and posyandu on the probability of child stunting measured using height-for-age Z score (HAZ). The sample in this study was 1.502 children age under 5 years old and school age (7-12 years old). Analysis using the logistic regression method shows that maternal employment in the lowest per capita expenditure group, is positively and significantly associated with the probability of the child stunting. On the other hand, posyandu is negatively and significantly associated with the probability of the school age stunting in the lowest 40% of per capita expenditure group.Ada Tabel
