Dampak Efisiensi Intellectual Capital terhadap Profitabilitas Bank di Indonesia
This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on Bank profitability in Indonesia measured by ROA and ROE. The total sample used in this research is 42 conventional bank operating in Indonesia which are registered in Indonesia Indonesia Exchange. In constructing the analysis, this study uses unbalanced panel data and Generalized Least Square (GLS) regression method with annual data for 10 years, which is in 2010 ? 2019. The result shows that there is a significantly positive effect of Intellectual Capital efficiency calculated by MVAIC method on Bank profitability. On MVAIC components, CEE, HCE, and SCE have significant positive effect on Bank?s ROA. CEE, SCE, and RCE have significant positive effect on ROE perbankan.Ada Tabel
