Analisis Hubungan Kapasitas dan Waktu Tunggu pada Antrian Serta Keputusan Pelanggan Menggunakan Discrete Event Simulation pada XYZ Barbershop
The trend of the existence of barbershop is emerging over time. With the increasing interest in visiting men's barbershops, there is an increase in the intensity of visitor arrivals at XYZ Barbershop, resulting in overcrowding in the waiting room. The density in the waiting room at the barbershop affects the quality of service received by visitors, which in turn affects customer decisions in transacting at XYZ Barbershop. By using simulations on increasing store capacity, there is a decrease in waiting time which results in changes in customer decisions. Implementation of the recommendations is expected to reduce waiting times by 86%.Ada Tabel
