Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Prediksi Pendapatan Bank di ASEAN-5

This study aims to determine the influence of governance on bank earnings predictability in ASEAN-5 that used a sample of 89 banks listed on the ASEAN-5 country's stock exchange in 2017-2019. The type of data used is panel data that is processed using the random effect model regression in Eviews 9.0. Corporate governance measurement uses 3 aspects, namely the structure of the board of directors, the power of director, and the risk committee. The study found that the board structure based on board proportions, director power by ownership structure, and the number of risk committees within the company had a impact and affected future earnings predictability. On the other hand, the variable interaction between current revenue, independent director, and director power have no effect on the bank's future earnings predictability.Ada Tabel
