Perwita, Anak Agung Banyu - ; Perwira, Aldika Yusuf - ;

This paper aims to scrutinize the bilateral relation between the People's Republic of China and Republic of Singapore with a specific case of environmental cooperation in their collaborative project known as "Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco City" (SSTEC). It examine the needs of solutions to compensate Chinese urban growth and the availability of Singaporean expertise in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco City Project. The writers argued that, within the bilateral relations between the two countries, the importance of this project can be categorized into three main divisions. Which are in environmental affairs, economic affairs, and political affairs. Those all were executed by the implementation of the bilateral cooperation between People's Republic of China (PRC) and Republic of Singapore (ROS) in this "Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco City" project by transforming a waste land into an eco-friendly smart city to address environmental threats.
