Pengaruh Penerapan Enterprise Risk Management terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan pada Sektor Perbankan Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019

This study aims to analyze the effect of Enterprise Risk Management implementation on company profitability as measured using ROA (Return On Assets) as an indicator for measuring company profitability based on book value and Tobin's Q as an indicator of company profitability based on market value. The sample in this study consists of 39 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 to 2019. This study uses panel regression with Random Effect Model. This study found that ERM components didn?t have significant effect on company profitability based on book value. However, the existence of the Risk Committee had a significant effect on the company's profitability in the market. An important finding in this study is that the application of ERM Advanced didn?t have a significant effect on company profitability based on book value and also market value. However, the application of ERM Advance does not have a significant effect on company profitability based on market value.Ada Tabel
