Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Pencegahan Covid-19 terhadap Customer?s Behavioral Intentions pada Perusahaan Ritel Toko Swalayan
Covid-19 is a severe global health crisis where the existence of this virus becomes a disaster to all. Covid-19 is a transmissible disease carried by one and spread in no time. This pandemic not only impacts global health but also the economy. Government restriction to travel and recommendation to carry out health protocol in order to prevent the transmission of the virus affecting the service industry negatively. One of the sector hit by Covid-19 pandemic is retail. The present study proposes a conceptual model to demonstrate the influence of protective measures against Covid-19 towards customer?s behavioral intention which include: positive word-of-mouth, willingness to pay more, and repurchase intention. 504 data were collected from 5 provinces with the highest active case of Covid-19 in Indonesia using a 6 point Likert-Scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Model. This study reveals that the protective measures against Covid-19 are positively influencing customer attitude, safety during shopping, satisfaction, and trust, thus contributing to an increase in customer behavioral intentions in the end. The result can be used to help retailers in the decision-making process during this pandemic era.Ada Tabel
