Q: I'm having trouble verifying my email. What should I do?

A: Please first check your inbox and spam/junk folders at  gmail.ui.ac.id/webmail.ui.ac.id. The verification email might be there.

Q: My "Explore" menu is missing, or I only see free books. Why is this happening?

A: This usually happens if your account isn't fully activated. Please ensure you registered using your email@ui.ac.id email address (not @office.ui.ac.id or other email addresses).

Q: I registered with my @ui.ac.id email, but the "Explore" menu is still missing/I still only see free books. What's next?

A: Did you click the verification link that was sent to your emal inbox after registering? This step is crucial to activate your account fully.

Q: I've checked my email and clicked the verification link, but it's still not working. What should I do now?

A: There might be a slight delay in data synchronization on vitalsource. Please wait for 24 hours and try again. This allows time for your account changes to fully process.

Q: I've waited 24 hours and the problem is still not resolved. What are my next steps?

A: If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact our Whatsapp Helpdesk for further assistance. When contacting us, please provide: Your Full Name, NPM (Student ID Number), Program of Study (Major), and your UI email address. This information will help us quickly locate your account and understand your situation.
